But I usually make it not quiet fully cook , because the marinade will be hot too, so it will be sitting in there, this way your egg will not be overcook, with greenish yolk.
I have been working my ass off this last month trying to lose some weight, I am doing a 12 week challenge at the gym and was hoping to lose 10 kilos averageing just under a kilo a week and 0.7% body fat, (which my instructor said is very achievable).. It is now week 4 and I have only lost 1kilo.. I have been doing physical activities everyday of the week for atleast an hour a day, and have really improved my diet and am not drinking anything but water & green tea… (My Instructor checks my weekly diet and said he cannot fault it at all) Why is it taking soo long to shed this weight with all the effort I am putting in.. ( My instructor said that my body just might be a slow responder)… Anyone got any tips to keep me motivated, or any advice as I really need it right now!!! Thanks..

Each meal is eaten at the same time every day, and when you've eaten, you should still be a bit hungry.
THE PAY OFF!! During the first weeks of your suffering there is almost no result. In the fourth week you see some result (patience), and suddently in the third month the pounds just fall away and your pants fall off at work. You got hips!
Until your friends get used to your appearance, expect a lot of nervous questions about your health. For godsake don't shave your head or they will start sending funeral wreaths.
